¶ And after that, these prayers following, as well at Evenyng praier as at Morning prayer: all devoutly kneeling, the Minister first pronouncing with a loud voyce.
The Lord be with you.

Lord have mercie upon us.
Christ have mercie upon us.
Lord have mercie upon us.
¶ Then the Minister, Clerkes, and people; shall say the Lords prayer in English, with a loud voice.
Our Father which art in heaven, hallowed be thy Name. Thy Kyngdome come. Thy will bee done in earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our dayly bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive them that trespasse against us. And lead us not into temptation: but deliver us from evill. Amen.
